Dimensions: The bathhouse is 8.2×3.04 m, modular, frame and panelized, according to the sketch. The shelves in the steam room are made of linden.

Floors: Pine beam 150×50 mm; DSP board with waterproof coating, porcelain stoneware tiles, electric floor heating in areas free of furniture. In a paired wooden staircase with thermal wood.

Walls: Pine beam 100x50 mm. Outside: plank thermo pine 22mm, mineral wool insulation 100mm, vapor barrier, hydro barrier. Inside the relaxation room: decorative plywood, imitation of thermal pine beams, decorative panel with ice-backlight made of Himalayan salt. The walls in the steam room are linden, foil insulation, mineral wool insulation 100 mm, wind barrier. The beds are made of linden. The walls of the spa and shower are made of porcelain stoneware tiles.

Roof: pitched, roof covering - corrugated board of the color "Anthracite" RAL 7016.

Painting: Exterior: two coats of Tikkurila natural + RAL 7016, interior: walls, ceiling and floor natural.
