DELIVERY
Delivery and payment terms differ depending on the factory and the availability of the hot tub
The following options are possible:
1 OPTION
The hot tub in the desired color and configuration is not available in our warehouse in Poland and is not available in the factory warehouse
In this case:
20% prepayment to place an order for the factory (this is very comfortable for the customer, because there is no need to freeze significant amounts for a long time). Production can take from 20 to 60 days.
70% payment after the hot tub is ready at the factory, but before delivery to Poland. Delivery takes up to 14 days.
10% after inspection and receipt of the hot tub in our warehouse.
2 OPTION
The required hot tub is not available in Poland, but it is in the warehouse of the plant in Europe
70% prepayment to pay for the goods to the factory.
20% after receiving confirmation and registration of delivery (about 7 days).
10% after inspection and receipt of the spa pool in our warehouse.
3 OPTION
The spa pool is available in our warehouse in Poland
10% for quick booking;
90% after inspection and receipt of the hot tub in our warehouse.
